Pros
- You get the best of both worlds - you get the hands-on experience of working at a boutique consulting firm, but also work with marquee customers including the largest private equity firms, unicorn Fintechs, and large, Fortune 500 brands.
- Working at a small company you get direct access to leadership and a collegiate working environment where everyone pitches in to help.
- The company is accommodating and receptive to the needs of staff. This includes WFH days 2-3 days a week, team bonding events, and a balanced working schedule.
- The company is merit-based. You are able to earn and progress in direct correlation to your contribution to the company. This isn't a place where the longest-tenured get rewards by default.
- There is a variety of work. You get to see many different projects and get hands-on experience helping to solve complex problems facing major companies.
Cons
- A smaller team means that at times there are shifts in the work that happen sometimes suddenly. Management does a good job messaging these changes, but its a reality of the work.
