Pros
I put 4 stars because even though I like the company it is very hard work to get into a management position.
They offer job training at this office. I had never worked in customer service before and they trained me properly and I am now looking forward to running a team of people within the office one day. Friendly atmosphere and welcoming to new people in the office. They were very patient with me. They had a lot of people coming in for interviews when they got their new clients and I was scared they would replace me, but Jerome believed in me and was patient as I learned and mastered the position.
The job is definitely hard work especially if it is something you havent done before, but I think most people would agree it is worth it long term. I can't wait to move into a manager position and work in a bigger team!
Cons
I wish the office was walking distance to more lunch spots. Sometimes I work pretty late hours. I do have to drive to the business locations we are hosting events at, but I am compensated on my check for that.
