Pros

The environment seems positive and everyone is super professional in their business attire. The place is organized and everyone appears to be happy to be there.

Cons

Don't let them fool you, this is a door to door completely commission based job. It is a tiresome eight hour day outside and even if you attempt to go out there and help the company, you may make no money in an entire day. This is the business model of some jobs and seems very unethical, although legal. President is very persuasive and sells you the job, basically her using the tactics that she has done to get herself ahead in this field of work. She will make you feel appreciated but she works you really hard and can get aggravated at missteps you make.

Unfortunately, some people are not cut out for all jobs and career paths, which is why people do not make it in our business, hence the 'worked for' part. If people want to write incorrect statements about our company because they lack the skills or talents to pursue an opportunity in our business, then they have found the right outlet. However, we promote from within, have built an empire of business owners, and put more people into the top 1% of wealth in our country than a standard 9-5 job. So the people that put in the sweat equity it takes to rise in our company have more positive things to say....more to come from them.

Pros

I worked for the company part time while attending school. I was looking to improve my public speaking and communication skills, get some experience within sales, marketing, and customer service. I was given a daily training guide and I worked closely with many trainers that gave me guidance and a ton of knowledge. I was able to learn something new each day. After my training, it was up to me to use the information and skills they taught me to perform for the client. It gave me a chance to demonstrate that I can handle a lot of responsibility and operate in an independent environment just as strongly as a team environment. Because the company heavily focuses on developing people, I was able to gain a solid experience and skills that I will be able to utilize at any company in the future. The environment is positive, upbeat and motivating. The people are vested in developing you. And it's very competitive, which I loved.

Cons

it was difficult to balance the work and school, but they were flexible working with my schedule. Upfront, I had to commit a lot of time into the training process before I saw the results. However, I am now comfortable talking to all different types of people from many cultures, providing presentations, and getting up in front of a room full of people and talking.
