Pros
None. I was hired as a project superintendent and was put on a job as a area superintendent working for a Sr pm that didn't know what he was doing and expected the supers to perform like labor Foreman's. It was a miserable experience, but we finally finished the job on time, and it was behind when I got there. I was there for a year and then sent to a job to help a assistance superintendent for 6 months, then when they we're done with me I got laid off. No warning no nothing.
Cons
The project managers run the jobs , if your not thier Buddy your in trouble. Superintendents have no authority. Worse company ever. Stay away!
