Company allows you to work up ideas and put them into practice,

Non hierarchical - if you are used to being managed and told what to do you wont like it there.

Some really nice people work there and there is lots of opportunity to improve processes.

Several departments are useless and there is a lack of overall strategy on delivering an excellent customer service from start to finish. So many problems.
