Pros

Really the only positive aspect was the 40 hour week, and the referrals who liked doing business with the local center...Which were very few and far between. Training is fair but questionable in a lot of areas - if you've been selling for a while, and have had formal training, this training will frustrate you.

Cons

Complete disorganization, and no accountability except to say management will write you up for looking at them wrong. This is the go to option handed down by corporate - if an employee disagrees with any other employee, a complaint is filed and you are written up. There is a "Lincare Way", you must follow. If you want to think for yourself, or offer another option, it's looked upon as you not being a team player...and you will be written up. From a sales rep perspective, if you can sell, you MUST stay on top of the CSR to batch orders - if not, thousands in commissions will not be in your pocket. They claim you can make $60k + - not in any center I spoke with nor anyone in my training class would come remotely close to that figure.
