A Huge amount of turnover due to horrible management. A true lack of concern, awareness, or care from upper management. Lincare has become a very hostile working environment, management leads through fear. Advancement is almost non-existent unless you want the horrible position of a location manager. Customer complaints continue to be on an all time high.
