Pros
Now Lincare wont give annual raises until July and who knows if that will happen. Demean you and put you down!! It is all about mgmt and upper management. The tiny peons don’t matter one bit!!!
Cons
They take on more business that they can handle and leave it up to the little people that make the least and keep the company running. I would not let my worst enemy work here. I can make $6-8 more anywhere else with all my experience and be treated better.
