      -Vacation time given to you in a lump sum at the beginning of the year. -Great coworkers

      -You will get burnt out by managements unrealistic expectations. -Patients will be rude to you due to the companies mismanagement of patients need. -Seems like every department is understaffed. -Not enough pay for the level of stress and work you do.
