Pros
Good leadership for the most part, trained well. They cared about employee's growth and contributions to the company. Was given a shared office space to work. Most beneficial for those with RD/MBA's for growth.
Cons
Didn't like how most people in the office were remote, felt like a ghost town to work in. Didn't like sharing an office and being so closely monitored with the role post training. Didn't love going to visit patient homes alone, felt unsafe at times as they were very rural and isolated homes. Office Management was mainly respiratory and not as Enteral Focused, wish there was a bigger Enteral department in office for better work environment and culture. Pay could have been better for all the administrative things I was doing.
