Good vacation benefits and flex times

Lincoln has been fostering an unhealthy climate within it's own leadership for the last couple of years, which is now very negatively impacting the trust within the Lincoln organization and with it's own employees that work hard for this non-profit company. No one is listening! Why is Chris Stoner-Mertz the president not taking care of business? Where is the board? Do they see we have a retention problem within Lincoln? Why are all the good employees leaving or being pushed out by untrained managers and management, bad behavior and biased behaviorism in just about every level of of Lincoln?

In the past six months, we have increased clinical staff salaries in an effort to recruit and retain outstanding employees. We have made employee retention a priority and have improved our rates significantly in the past year. It is our dedicated staff working every day with children and families in our communities that makes Lincoln such a great organization.
