Fun colleagues and lots of opportunities to work on teams and gain experience - lovely mentors within the marketing department.
Cons
Micromanaging manager who would watch every move...down to bathroom breaks...not professional. Reported it to HR and they did nothing except tell the manager what I said. The behavior continued.
