LineView have an extremely passionate leadership team who genuinely care for employee well being they also have top-notch blue chip FMCG clients to work with.

The business has had some turbulent times as it's grown, and it's a smaller team than many large companies that work at their level.

Nice office in the countryside

Culture is toxic - Ignores any concerns brought up even in relation to mental health. So many directors and BS job titles I couldn't keep up, higher ups just hire their mates for a quick payout. They asked all employees to get into stocks of the company only to "F it up" and it probably won't result in any payout for the employees.
