This place is ok but by far not the best - Forklift Operator Lineage Employee Review

• There is alot of workplace politics • The management plays favorites • Shop steward and union rep basically do nothing for you • There is a whole crew of under achievers that "can't" be fired because they are union. So you have to pick up their slack daily • Bringing problems to management doesn't get you anywhere • Their female inventory manager will twist every situation good or bad to benefit her no matter what • Once you make it to operator there's only 1 more move foward to foreman, That's the end of the employment progression on the union side
