      Pros

      Everything! From the amazing people, the vast amounts of knowledge you can absorb and share. The technologies are new (which apparently isn't something so common!) and diverse. The product itself is interesting and very professional, I didn't believe when I have seen the product the company only exists roughly 2 years!

      Cons

      Can't really think of any, it is really a great place to work at and improve your skills

      LinearB is an amazing place to work. The CEO and co-founder are outstanding leaders. They set a clear vision and direction for the company while giving people the trust and autonomy to do their best work. The culture emphasizes collaboration and ownership, which makes it motivating to be part of the team. The benefits are excellent, with thoughtful programs that support employees not just professionally but also personally. There are strong initiatives to help people develop their skills and grow their careers. Colleagues are talented, approachable, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. The company is also mission-driven, and it’s inspiring to contribute to something that has a real impact on engineering teams.

      Cons

      Most U.S.-based employees work remotely, which can sometimes make it feel a little disconnected from the rest of the global team.
