      Pros

      The work staff are a great group of people, fun to work with and always enjoyable and pleasant.

      Cons

      The new CEO and COO over Saginaw and Everett are the most incompetent people I have ever seen. They fired the previous CEO in 2022 when the Italian family ownership ousted the older brother. The new leadership is tanking the company fast. The US locations, especially in Saginaw, has become stressful and toxic. They have started letting people go, as a result of poor earnings, no cash and bad decisions. This place will have to close its doors soon if they don't replace these two.

      Pros

      Great benefits, and mostly great coworkers. You get to work on and around really cool technology/products. It’s a good place to start your career and gather some experience.

      Cons

      The CEO is very toxic. It’s one bad decision after another. Turnover is high.
