Pros
The vending machines are about the only pro at this company. And maybe a small handful of people who make the place bearable.
Cons
No direction, no leadership, rules apply for different people, concerns dismissed/not taken seriously (even if you point out things like sexism/being treated unfairly), you'll be doing the work of several different people, you won't be valued other than a pat on the back if you're lucky. If you really value your employees, put it in their pocket (YEARLY RAISES!). Over 10-15 people got laid off for "financial difficulties" a week after the owner painted the whole building and took a two week vacation. An intense amount of drama for such a small company. It will send your head spinning. Whomever wrote the review on Oct 23rd either has to be brand new, or lying. Simple as that.
