Pros

There are no pros that i have come across

Cons

A pattern of impulsive decision-making and poor leadership practices. Over the span of approximately four years, They have terminated around 30 employees in India —often without clear justification or proper HR protocols. Employees have reported that even minor errors or changes in his mood could lead to sudden terminations. This is the second instance where he has started a company in India and shut it down unexpectedly. In both cases—once in 2017 and again in 2021—operations were abruptly closed without formal communication to staff. In the most recent closure, employees only realized the company had shut down after their access was revoked. Follow-ups revealed that the business had ceased operations. Key employee benefits such as performance bonuses, leave encashment, and severance pay were reportedly withheld. Policies like leave management and notice periods were often altered without proper notice or consistency, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction among the workforce. Such practices raise serious concerns about organizational stability, transparency, and ethical treatment of employees.
