      Pros

      Students are all adults or high school students. No kids classes. Small class sizes. Nice colleagues. You can choose your working hours if you're PT. Friendly Japanese staff.

      Cons

      Quite bad pay and steadily getting lower. Student fees constantly increase while teachers pay never increases. No incentives or bonuses Unstable management structure

      Totally disorganized, policies constantly changing, high turnover.
