Not demanding, classes are easy to design, constantly changing groups

They made me sign a blank sheet of paper and another sheet saying we won't be getting paid during the vacation period, the salary is low by itself and by not paying for holidays and vacations it makes it even lower, no growth in the company, teachers get disregarded and it makes you feel like they dont care about the teachers at all hence why so many tutors quit as well as only having one day a week off

Not much workload, classes are "made up" and it takes only a good sense of relation building and charisma to be a good teacher, aside from the english proficiency obviosuly.

Regardless of the workload...salary is not related at all with it. Too little. Have to wait to be promoted for someone to leave or be fired, and there's no sufficient training.
