Pros
LinkAja was previously one of Telkomsel's products for electronic money, known as T-Cash. It rebranded itself into a separate company from Telkomsel back in 2019 with its own organization, management, and employees. At the time I joined, there were still some Telkomsel employees that were still assigned at LinkAja to handle the handovers and migration of systems. The culture itself is pretty much okay. They were trying to embrace the startup cultures and tried to leave the "established corporate" cultures that Telkomsel might have. Life and work balance is great, at least in my experience. If you have to have overtime at work, you can submit the overtime hours to the HR system to get compensation by the next month's payroll.
Cons
As it was relatively new, the company might have some problems at defining a clear goal and roadmap to move forward. What's more, the team that I belonged to struggled a bit on the work culture we should had and the culture became a bit too dynamic.
