      Pros

      - friendly environment - casual outfit - flexible work hours (not-written) - good for learning new skills

      Cons

      - poor management - high turnover - unreasonable amount of workload (good if you want to train your endurance and mentality) - relatively low salary and lack of compensation/yearly benefit - products/services often went through changes in a short period - micro-management from the CEO himself

      Pros

      If youre freshgrad and craving for more knowledge, this place is good for you. In here you got so many knowledge.

      Cons

      Deadline didnt make any sense, micro-manage ceo, there are no time for you to adapt, you have to be fast

      Pros

      (this is the situation at that time : 2014) - works at client side (AXIS) - Shifting Schedule was made by staffs - a lot of knowledge whether it is on client side or at office - big overtime wages - casual wardrobe - nice people at work

      Cons

      (this is the situation at that time : 2014) - can't reimburse parking fee (as we were working on client side) - no meal allowances (it used to have meal allowances) - salary was not good enough
