I spent five years working at Linkage in two different roles. In both instances, the learning curve was steep, but management and my colleagues were extremely supportive. Linkage offers a fantastic community of professionals, who are highly driven, smart, and caring. If you are interested in supporting large, multi-national organizations through OD/LD initiatives, Linkage is one of the best places to work. In addition, the new CEO has implemented an increasing number of development opportunities for employees, which makes this a terrific place to grow as a professional.
