The boss looks like doesn't know the technical details about AI and 5G, therefore you will learn very fast to finish these POC projects. Engineers will have to stay up all nights to have the result come out.
Cons
The boss failed to get the contract for these demo projects because he likes to do these projects for huge amount of money like 1 million US dollars. Customers don't pay for it and the projects will be closed once it's not used by customers.
