Extremely low pressure environment if the CEO likes you and you don't mind getting walked all over twice a week.
Cons
The CEO frequently berates employees, has no patience when it comes to training people, and makes everyone in the building feel like they're walking in eggshells. There is one sales position that he's been trying to replace all year, and it's been held by 4 people that I know about. The first was quitting and moving to a better company after 2 years there. The second was fired after a couple weeks for being "too salesy." The third (myself) was also fired after 3 weeks OVER EMAIL for reasons I still don't understand. The fourth lasted about a month before getting so fed up with the CEO's unprofessional behavior that he walked out on a Friday. This all happened between February and April 2024. It's now August and this one position is still open. The unprofessionalism extends to customers and business partners as well. Until a new owner takes over, I don't see the company improving.
