The business model wasn't resilient to crisis

- The company has been profitable for 5 years already which provides the job security and this is very appreciable as it's not easy to find in Berlin. - Since end of 2020, the company has the ambition to grow, launch new markets and build everything in house, which means that the company currently grows very fast. It feels like being part of a great adventure to be at this stage of a scaleup! - The team spirit is great, people are very driven and motivated and there is no feeling of competition, we are working all together. - The great thing for Marketing especially is that we have a lot of room to test and experiment, there is a consequent budget and not much has been done yet so everyone who joins has the capacity to have an impact in shaping the company's future!

High ambition comes with high workload and pressure, which can be very stimulating and sometimes a bit tiring. It is intense, but we do learn a lot and the company finds a lot of ways to reward us for the good and hard work we all achieve.
