Great coworkers but lower level managers needs training on how to resolve internal conflict. The pay and benefits was within industry standards and training was allowed once Senior Management approved. It is a great place to begin your professional career!

Communication between different departments need improving, lower level management need to hear what their direct reports have to say regarding departmental improvements, and not disregard.
