Quality of product and brand portfolio

This company is owned by private Equity CVC. They literally step over a dollar to save a penny. Would not even approve purchase of business cards. Very shortsighted business structure with the purpose of manipulating numbers so that they can sell the company. Company preachers people first but their actions and how they treat others are very different from what they preach. Toxic work environment that is overlooked by management. Claim to have no repercussions in company surveys, but that is not the case. No growth, opportunity, financial or professionally at this organization.
