Pros
A lot of really great people among the employees. Only reason I stayed really. Nice offices around the world you might be able to visit and work from every now and then.
Cons
Not all but a lot of the "upper rankers" are between delusional and flat out nuts. And not in a fun way. This somehow works ok for sales and investments, but it works really poorly for a lot of the employees. I do hope they make some big changes around that area and get serious HR work done. A lot have left on very bad terms in the past couple of years, even if it wasn't externalized. Unless you're extremely interested in what they do or in the specific job they're offering you, and have a strong spine, very thick skin, and don't mind the occasional whip smack, I recommend skipping to the next interview.
