      Pros

      Great community of customers. Because of where the locations are, people treat it like their “local”. You really get to know you customers and regulars and it feels really rewarding to be a part of their lives.

      Cons

      Management. It’s gaslighting and humiliation. They seem to think that everyone else is the problem.
