      Pros

      The gallery was a beautiful place to work at, and the office offered lovely views of rolling landscape and local wildlife.

      Cons

      The owner is absolutely awful to her employees. She does not always operate her business "legally" and was cruel and demeaning. She had unrealistic expectations, and threw temper tantrums when I did not read her mind and just KNOW what she wanted.

      Total flexibility to find the best solution to any task or issue Focused on work getting done right Clear definition of priorities and tasks Quiet setting with great views and a chance to feed the deer almost any afternoon

      Cons

      A bit of a long drive from my home, about 35 miles Cell phone access limited, guess I need a better provider Can not walk from the studio to get a lunch or a latte
