-Unpaid overtime and unpaid labor violations where management ignored the complaint and the DOL ended up getting involved to settle.
-Understaffed, expected to work 40 hrs in office then 1-2 hrs at home each day.
-Management didn't listen to advice or were uninformed and didn't look into things.
-Raises were removed when new management was hired and a bonus program initiated that was unattainable. A set of goals was outlined and additional goals were added to an already signed agreement.
-There was more freedom in the developers department than in CS, a sense of inequality between departments.
