Benefits are ok......... besides that, I got nothing of any substance. Think hard before selling your soul to this company.
Cons
Current GM out of touch with his employees. They are disposable to him. Service manager in over her head, makes one bad move after another. Cadillac dealership taken away & given to another dealership effectively stripping all of the good employees of this once thriving dealership of their livelihoods. No offer of other job opportunities were given. Shame on you.
