Pros

It is true that you can make a lot of money if you build your clientele base and follow up after delivering great customer service. There are salesmen making over $150,000 a year but at the same time, this forces the new people and younger salesmen to just get the scrapes of clients from the dealership $35-40K a year.

Cons

Midland, TX. Management is not attentive to new salesmen. Training is nonexistent and you will be expected to perform. You will not be given priority unless you begin to glorify the managers. A lot of contradictions, causing a very high turnover rate on employees that are under 30 years old. 9 employees have left in the past 2 months due to the treatment they have been getting.

Great company with good benefits and growth opportunities to level up your skills.

Cons

PTO is limited and salaries could be more in line with market rates, as a drawback often have many in the company grow their skills and jump ship since getting raises internally are difficult to negotiate even with new title changes/role changes.
