Pros
Ability to invent new ways to serve internal and external LCE customers. Every day offers new problems to solve. There are a LOT of things going on here. No development silos. Leaders encourage you to learn new tech, not just be a cog in the SDLC/Agile process. Able to work with cross-functional teams. AMAZING people. Best co-workers I have had in a long time. Something always around the corner that we will get to work on (web apps, mobile, POS and more). Not to mention best pizza that is HOT and Ready to eat with friends/teams in the office or at home with the family is always floating around here.
Cons
1 day remote policy... no bueno. Need to update policy. Some of the people here could be 100% remote and still get work done. Seat occupancy doesn't always equal productivity. Embrace all the technology you have in place now.
