Horrible owner - Teacher Little Links to Learning Employee Review

The only pros to this job is that it is a pretty simple job.

There is way to much drama in the work place. For new hires they make you scrub the floor on your hands and knees with a tooth brush which is unprofessional. They do no go about disciplining children in the best way, I will put it this way I would not send my child here. They also have an employee that tries to force feed the children which is not okay. They have teacher that are not certified teaching the classrooms. I could go on but this is a review and not a novel. My advice for management… go to therapy. She seems pleasant to work for when you first meet her but the moment you walk through those doors on your first day it is Meryl Streep from the devil wears Prada in the beginning of the show. She is very rude to all of her employees. She will yell over the intercoms at the employee while parents are there. She will bring you to her office for you to snitch on other employees but when you don’t she will rip you a new one and insult you in ways you never knew possible. She has made racial comments to fellow coworkers. For the pay it is not worth working for someone who treats you like absolute trash.

Very nice and clean center, super cute rooms. Of course the very best part was the kids because obviously you become attached and grow to love them like your own.

Poor management and a horrible owner. She doesn’t even seem to like kids so I’m not sure why she’d open a daycare. She has no empathy or understanding for anything and literally nobody in the daycare likes her and the rare days when she was out of the office were sooo much more positive.
