Pros
I have been an employee at Little Prodigy for about 9 years and counting, and it has been a fantastic experience for me!! The preschool and daycare center was started by a very warmhearted family who are very passionate about what they do. They manage and run the center in a very loving, professional and organized manner. The management is very cooperative and always open to teachers ideas and suggestions. They are always very amiable, appreciative, respectful and supportive to all their teachers. They literally treat the teachers like family. It is such a positive and happy environment to work in.
Cons
I honestly don’t face any challenges here. I wouldn’t be here for 9 years now, and definitely would not commute all the way from San Mateo to Mountain View everyday if this place wasn’t such a pleasure to work at.
