Little Sprouts Academy in Burnsville is a great place to work because of the director and the staff. Jenn, the director, is a great leader. She is supportive of the staff and makes it a fun and inviting place to work. The staff are encouraging to one another and get along well with each other. If you are looking for a job in childcare and want a "family" feel, then this is a center you want to check out.

I loved working at Little Sprouts as the infant teacher. I had the best co workers, we all got along and hung outside of work as well. Joe and Lucy are amazing people to work for. I only left because I had some slight lifestyle changes. We got to go for long walks in the summer with the children and be outside as much as possible, which was great! I still talk to some people that work there, as you make life long friends.

The only con I can think of is no health insurance but otherwise that's it
