Great facility, need better management - Multi-Age Specialist Little Sprouts Academy Employee Review

A great community feel with in the company. The director Gabby is so sweet and Maddi the assistant director is out of this world. The employees make it feel like a family.

(Due to covid) lack of reliable employees.

I loved working at Little Sprouts as the infant teacher. I had the best co workers, we all got along and hung outside of work as well. Joe and Lucy are amazing people to work for. I only left because I had some slight lifestyle changes. We got to go for long walks in the summer with the children and be outside as much as possible, which was great! I still talk to some people that work there, as you make life long friends.

The only con I can think of is no health insurance but otherwise that's it
