A bi-annual company offsite to meet everyone on the team is really nice. - Startup company, where you can truly make a difference and get creative - Clear insights on the company goals and willingness to pivot if need be. - My direct manager is a great person to work with. - The product actually solves issues and helps companies.

Welcoming team and strong organizational foundation built on collaboration and forward-thinking strategy. The founders are passionate about the product and their enthusiasm for building a great product spreads to the team and organization as a whole. Very considerate of personal working methods/process, and very flexible with allowing you to get your work done in the way you know best how to do it.

If you're not an analytics expert you may need to take time to learn the product and industry. The company is very supportive in this area so this is less of a con for them and more for the candidate.
