Pros
I’ve had a positive experience working at LivGreen overall. The team is one of the strongest aspects of the company, colleagues are supportive, approachable, and genuinely willing to help each other out, which creates a good working atmosphere. The role offers a lot of variety, and there are opportunities to take on responsibility and learn quickly, especially if you’re proactive and willing to get stuck in. The work itself feels meaningful, particularly being part of projects that contribute to sustainability and improving homes.
Management is relatively young, but they are hardworking, approachable, and genuinely care about the work and the team. In my experience, they are always willing to offer support and guidance when needed, which makes a positive difference.
Cons
That said, the company is still growing, and there are areas that could be improved. At times, processes and communication can be inconsistent, which can make things feel a bit disorganised. But overall, it’s a good place to work with a strong team culture, especially for people who are adaptable and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
