Wish I could work with all the staff every shift

Great people and members. They keep growing and adding more locations. Locations are renovated and have the latest equipment. They offer Personal Training and Spa Services, and some locations offer group training as well. It's a great gym for the members. Members quit due to relocation, not due to the gym itself.

They use about five different software systems, instead of one, and they back everything up on paper, which leads to lots of redundancy and errors. There is no suitable work space to complete administrative work. Monthly quotas are not in line with the reality of their actual locations and workforce. Scheduling is very strict, with no flexibility or coverage in case of illness.
