The booking system is poorly adapted, leaving insufficient time for services, which leads to client dissatisfaction. Hygiene and safety standards are not consistently maintained, which is concerning in a salon environment. Overall, there is a lack of respect for employees and no culture of constructive feedback or accountability from management.
