Flexibility to work from home, good colleagues in some regions, learn "what not to do in business" in here, it's an absolute shambles.
Cons
List is too long to be thorough: Maniac swindler at the helm for too long practically sunk the ship financially, business now trying to salvage the product and sell to investor. Bro/clan culture allowed to thrive in Oz for years which led to terrible behaviours from top down and no meaningful values lived. The fact the entire HR team have left/were sacked recently speaks volumes, they tried to improve the rot with bandaids but really the place is too far gone to improve. Wonder from month to month if we'll get paid or not, seeing as debtors are being strung along and invoices are being stalled for as long as legal action is avoided. Not enough devs/resources with full product knowledge - so much critical IP has been knowingly let walk or been pushed out the door.
