couldn't asked for a better group of coworkers (we try to meet outside the office) no matter what you're working one, there's always someone willing to help flexible work hours are a great way to balance work and life (especially during COVID) 20 vacation days and 10 sick days and plenty of other days that can be taken up to 12 weeks of parental leave emphasis on mental health (always encourage to take a break when needed, recently offered first aid mental health course to educate employees) it's a work hard/play hard culture - Must be proactive to move up the ladder

some growing pains but they're working on improving processes
