Pros
I guess a pro of working here is they have a lot of free food and the building in which their offices are is pretty nice and has a wellness center downstairs which employees can use for free.
Cons
A major con is that the company structure is pretty unorganized from top to bottom. Employees and potentials as well as customers often end up misinformed. Their system of doing everything seems to be far too complex to ever be efficient, and all the while they hold you to a standard of production and customer satisfaction that is just not attainable, especially with all of the problems and mistakes that seem to arise due to the unorganized nature of their process communication system. The training does not teach you how to solve problems, only how to diagnose there is a problem, and then they just kind of throw you out there and rely on you asking questions. It's very unfair. For all the stress, the weak base compensation and benefits are barely worth it.
