Pros

The work itself is both challenging and rewarding. As for the team, everyone here is really great at what they do and it's just generally inspiring to be around such a talented group of people. And in spite of the fact that so many of us work on such different projects, you really get a sense that we're all still building something great together.

Cons

Even though we're in the technology space, we're a services company so we'll likely never have a breakout product to strictly call our own. So that may be a downside to people more interested in the tech startup culture. That being said, we do work with all kinds of companies and have helped *them* launch all kinds of interesting apps and experiences that all we're really proud of.

- extremely talented, reliable, and caring coworkers - very organized processes - strong boundaries with clients - structured career advancement opportunities - no micromanaging

Cons

- Little vacation/sick time and maternity leave - PTO policies seem to generally be behind the rest of the industry

Pros

I love going to work each day with the best and brightest. The people on our team are curious, fun to be around, and eager to lend a helping hand. I love how everyone on the team is detail oriented and able to ship high quality software. I’ve worked for quite a few companies, and I’ve never seen a team quite like the one at Livefront. The low turnover rate is a good indicator - people love working here!

Cons

Working for a services company means you don’t necessarily get to choose whether you’ll continue working on a project. That said, the learning experience from working on a lot of different projects is unparalleled. Being a smaller company means you need to find your own way to stand out. You won’t necessarily have someone telling you that you can advance in your career if you accomplish A, B, and C.
