      -Easy to catch up the work like handling alerts with the help of systems including SAS, Corebank, EKYC, Ticket and etc. Writing report for each alert handling with analysis on customers’ transaction records using Pivot Table in spreadsheet. Examine and report STR case if necessary

      -The number of alerts needed to be handled is high monthly.
