Short-sided leadership running the organization. Not even a month after being hired, my position was eliminated with eight others. I can't understand why there wasn't a hiring freeze before lay-offs would take place. I made it very clear during my interview that my next career move was going to be one where I wanted to grow with a company and I wasn't jumping at the next opportunity for the sake of jumping.
