Pros
Company was very non-heirarchical when I worked there which allowed me to gain expertise in areas outside of my job description / pay bracket e.g. brainstorming and creative ideation. Employees made to feel valued.
Cons
Despite being a growing company I was unsure how my career could develop within the company, while there was potential to learn different skillsets, a path to promotion wasn't clear.
